Detailed Description

Frame-constant dictionary Huffman state, prebuilt once at attach.

The PivCo tree (decoder and estimator) and the codes / code_len (encoder), reused by every dict block. Carved from the workspace only when dict_size > 0. Built by zxc_huf_dict_tree_build via zxc_cctx_attach_dict_huf.
